About this role
We are looking for a Growth Manager focused on website traffic and development. Join our international IT company specializing in SaaS and AI/ML solutions.
Description
We are an international IT company developing SaaS, AI/ML solutions, and financial products for large-scale operations since 2017. We are growing rapidly and focusing on the global market, with over 10 million users.
Responsibilities
- Control and increase website traffic, launch and develop new directions.
- Time distribution: 30% SEO - 40% management - 30% website development.
- SEO: collect and cluster semantics, form structure, set tasks for texts, on-page optimization, launch new pages.
- Develop, correct, and launch new website pages: work on structure and content, coordinate designers/copywriters/developers, control quality and deadlines.
- Monitor news/trends and promptly launch pages under current demand.
- Analytics and KPI: set goals and monitor growth of organic traffic, positions, conversions.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of crypto/web3: what Perps, Prediction markets, DeFi, DEX/CEX, L2, stablecoins are; who the key players are (exchanges, protocols, media).
- Experience in SEO/content/growth with measurable results (even if not in crypto).
- Ability to set tasks and manage contractors/team (content, design, development).
