About this role
We are looking for a Head of Community Product to develop strategies and manage community engagement for our trading media platform.
Description
We are the largest Russian-speaking trading media in the CIS.
Responsibilities
- Deeply study the product — we have analytics and hypotheses, your task is to build a strategy
- Conduct customer development with participants — understand why they come, why they stay, why they leave
- Translate insights from customer development into specific product solutions
- Develop paid products within the ecosystem: subscriptions, closed clubs, education, VIP access, referral programs, tournaments
- Find new monetization points within the community and test them
- Together with the marketing team, build onboarding and the participant's journey from first contact to paying customer
- Maintain relationships with partner exchanges and grow referral commissions
- Manage the team: development, design, content
- Regularly review metrics and make decisions based on data, not intuition
- Think not about how to support what exists — but about what can be improved.
Requirements
- You deeply understand the crypto and trading audience — what they want and why they leave (i.e., you trade or have traded in the past)
- You have successfully worked with products monetized through Telegram communities and can showcase these cases
- You can conduct customer development and turn it into product solutions — not just listen, but draw conclusions and act
- You can manage resources wisely and take responsibility for results
- You work with AI tools — this is a basic requirement, not a bonus
- You are more of a strategist but can also be a tactician.
