Zifrovoy is seeking a Head of Growth for their non-custodial crypto wallet focused on Central Asia. Lead the go-to-market strategy and user acquisition efforts.
Zifrovoy is a next-generation non-custodial crypto wallet with an integrated account abstraction feature (AA). We are focused on the Central Asian market, where we see huge potential for decentralized finance. We have a fully ready-to-launch product. Now we need a leader to take the product to the top and create a sustainable user flow from scratch.
Key Tasks
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and implement a strategy for launching the product in Central Asian markets (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.) considering local specifics.
- User Acquisition (0→1): Launch and scale channels for attracting B2C users and B2B partners (exchanges, DeFi projects, payment services) for integrating our wallet.
- Partnerships: Find and establish strategic agreements with local crypto exchanges, marketplaces, P2P platforms, and fintech companies to implement our widget/wallet as an infrastructure layer.
- Product Development: Gather feedback from early users and form product requirements (together with the product team) to improve usability and UX considering the mentality of the target audience.
- Brand and Community: Build brand recognition in the region through local events, AMA sessions, working with bloggers, and crypto media (including Russian and Turkic channels).
What We Expect
- Experience: 3+ years in Growth / Marketing / Business Development in Web3, fintech, or consumer crypto products (wallets, DeFi applications, payments).
- Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Central Asian market, knowledge of local trends, payment habits, and regulatory nuances (having local connections is a must).
- Product Mindset: Understanding of Account Abstraction mechanics, non-custodial solutions, and their benefits for the mass user (simplicity, gas-free, social recovery).
- Data-Driven: Ability to work with metrics (CAC, LTV, Retention) and build processes based on data.
- Startup Speed: Willingness to work hands-on at the start, autonomy, ability to quickly test hypotheses and scale working connections.
