Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies for the assigned business direction
- Consult leaders on organizational design and workforce planning
- Support performance management, compensation, talent development, engagement, and retention processes
- Coach leaders on career development, change management, and complex HR cases
- Analyze HR data and prepare recommendations for management based on metrics
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, manage employee relations, and mitigate HR risks
- Collaborate with other teams in the People Team for effective HR program implementation
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies for business
- Skills in organizational design and workforce planning
- Experience consulting leaders on employee development and change management
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor legislation, and employee relations
- Ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
