Requirements
- Experience with VIP clients and user retention
- AML/KYC checks and financial operations
- Problem-solving for payments, blocks, escalations, conflict situations
- Analyze and investigate transactions (fiat/crypto)
- Identify suspicious activity and interact with Anti-Fraud/Compliance
- Build and optimize internal processes
- Train, adapt, and develop employees
- Create regulations, templates, and training materials
- Manage teams and control KPIs
- Work with crypto infrastructure, Web3, and payment systems
