Elliptic is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to enhance internal communication and engagement across teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-scaling tech environments and strong writing skills.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal communications at Elliptic, a company focused on combating crypto crime. You will oversee company updates, manage the communications calendar, and collaborate closely with leadership to ensure effective messaging throughout the organization.
You will have the opportunity to influence how information flows within the company, utilizing your writing skills to craft clear and impactful messages. Your role will also involve maintaining various internal channels and fostering a culture of communication across multiple offices.

- You are comfortable advising executives on communication strategies and timing.
- You enjoy working in a hybrid environment and are open to travel for work.
From the employer
What you'll do
- Own Company Update end to end, from editorial planning and speaker prep to MC duties and follow-up, across our monthly update, quarterly Ask Us Anything and regional takeovers.
- Build and run the communications calendar with the leadership team, and lead the communications for launches, organisational change and leadership news.
- Write for and with the CEO and leadership team, and brief managers with talking points before announcements land, not after.
- Own our internal channels, from Slack and the knowledge base to a new Weekly People Update and a culture champion network spanning every office.
What you'll bring
- Writing that stands out, including in a CEO's voice: you would rather cut two hundred words than add them.
- A track record owning internal communications in a fast-scaling technology company, including an all-hands or company-wide forum end to end.
- An instinct for sequencing change, who hears first and who hears next, and the confidence to tell an executive team when a message will not land.
- A global mindset, and a real appetite for the budgeted travel to our US and APAC hubs that comes with the role.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow, you use them to move faster and think better, and you know when not to trust them.
What we offer you
- Hybrid working and the option to work from almost anywhere for up to 90 days per year.
- £500 remote working budget to set up your home office space.
- $1,000 Learning & Development budget to use on anything (agreed with your manager) that contributes to your growth and development.
- Holidays: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
- An extra day for your birthday.
- Enhanced parental leave: we provide eligible employees, regardless of gender or whether they become a parent by birth or adoption, 16 weeks of fully-paid leave.
- Private health insurance: we use Bupa!
- Full access to Spill Mental Health Support.

- Cycle to Work Scheme.
