- Organizing the work of the IT team (up to 12 employees), including hiring and motivating staff
- Organizing and controlling the development of new functionality, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and implementation processes
- Working with the team's backlog, including prioritizing and justifying the necessity of tasks
- Designing flexible, scalable, high-load IT solutions based on microservices architecture
- Establishing development standards

Requirements
- Experience in managing development teams for at least 1.5 years
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
- Practical experience in developing microservices
- Experience in designing high-load systems
- Experience working with Agile practices or in Agile teams, including using Jira and Confluence
- Communication skills to interact with both business clients and developers
