Join Brainsome as a Lead DevOps Engineer in Limassol, Cyprus. Lead a team, enhance production stability, and work with cutting-edge cloud technologies.

Brainsome is a leader in Online Customer Acquisition in the US market with its own innovative digital solutions.
Responsibilities
Your Tasks:
- Maintain and improve the existing infrastructure system
- Collaborate with the Development team to enhance production stability, availability, and reliability
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Work with various cloud providers to support scalable deployments
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
- Participate in technical decision-making and process improvements.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For:
- Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., GCP, AWS)
- Skilled in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
- Practical expertise in managing relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Redis: performance tuning, replication, and backup strategies
- Working knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Applied experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with service mesh solutions (e.g., Consul)
- Understanding of load balancers such as HAProxy.
