Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop new features under the guidance of experienced developers
• Support and enhance existing backend services in Java
• Fix bugs and improve code quality
• Work with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Understand existing code and gradually take on more independent tasks
• Work with SQL and relational databases
• Participate in CI/CD processes
• Collaborate with developers, QA, analysts, and other team members
• Learn new technologies and apply them to work tasks
• Gradually participate in designing technical solutions

Requirements

• Knowledge of Java and understanding of basic OOP principles
• Basic understanding of Java constructs: collections, exceptions, generics, multithreading
• Basic understanding of Spring / Spring Boot
• Understanding of REST API principles
• Knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of relational databases
• Experience with Git
• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle
• Understanding of unit testing principles
• Experience with JUnit and Mockito is a plus
• Willingness to understand existing code and learn new technologies
• Ability to work in a team and accept feedback
• Bonus:
