Join MTS as a Junior Fullstack Analyst, where you'll gather and analyze business requirements, conduct user interviews, and collaborate with development teams.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and users;
- Conduct user interviews to identify needs;
- Decompose tasks and describe requirements in developer language;
- Develop project documentation (specifications, user stories);
- Collaborate with the development team (backend, frontend, UI/UX, QA) at all stages;
- Participate in planning with the Product Owner, assist in estimating effort, prioritizing the backlog;
- Support the team at all stages of implementation: working through logic, clarifying details, consulting, accepting results.
Requirements
Requirements
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC);
- Experience in writing specifications and user stories;
- Skill in decomposing business tasks;
- Basic SQL (WHERE, JOIN);
- Knowledge of REST API (understanding of methods);
- Ability to read and interpret JSON;
- Basic experience with Figma;
- Experience with task trackers (Jira/YouTrack/Trello).
