FalconX seeks a Lead Brand Designer in New York to elevate communication with financial institutions, translating complex crypto concepts into sophisticated design.
Description
FalconX is a pioneering team committed to revolutionizing institutional access to the crypto markets. Operating at the intersection of traditional finance and technology, FalconX empowers clients with seamless navigation through the cryptocurrency landscape.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex financial and crypto concepts into clear, compelling design.
- Own visual output across external communications.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product decisions.
- Understand customer needs with the customer success team.
- Manage end-to-end user journey and design execution.
- Provide mentorship and design feedback.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Sketch, After Effects, Figma.
- Attention to detail and mastery in visual, interaction, and motion design.
- Understanding of design standards across iOS, Android, and Web.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Conditions & Benefits
- Base pay between $145,000 - $180,000.
- Eligible for performance bonus, equity, and benefits package.
