Seeking a Lead Data Scientist for an international mobile game development company to enhance ML solutions for ad monetization and product personalization while providing technical leadership and mentoring.

- Develop ML models for ad targeting, ranking, pricing, revenue prediction, and monetization optimization.
- Improve recommendation systems and personalization.
- Identify growth opportunities for revenue, engagement, retention, and LTV.
- Design and analyze A/B tests.
- Define the DS roadmap in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Ad Monetization.
- Mentor Data Scientists, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
- Assist in scaling ML solutions and implementing models into the product.
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science.
- Experience in advertising monetization, revenue optimization, or advertising analytics.
- Strong experience with recommendation, personalization, or ranking systems.
- Proficient in Python and SQL.
- Good foundation in ML, applied statistics, and experiments.
- Experience working with large behavioral data sets.
- Experience in technical leadership or mentoring Data Scientists.
- Russian language at a native level.
