We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the launch of a new AI assistant product, focusing on customer support throughout the purchasing process.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of the AI assistant and product strategy
- Identify and prioritize user scenarios with the highest value for the business and customers
- Develop initiatives from hypotheses and business requirements to task assignments for the development team
- Form and manage the product backlog
- Participate in team formation and process establishment for the new direction
- Collaborate with stakeholders: marketing, contact center, content
- Launch solutions, analyze their impact on metrics, and improve the product based on data and user feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience working with multiple teams or in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to formulate product goals, define success metrics, and translate strategy into actionable plans
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Good communication, prioritization, and stakeholder expectation management skills
- High autonomy, maturity, and ability to drive a new product in uncertain conditions
- Understanding of personalization, segmentation, and recommendation mechanics
- Attention to customer experience and ability to see the product from the user's perspective
- Proactivity, structure, and strong organizational skills
