### Responsibilities - Lead a team of 3-5 people - Set and control technical tasks - Develop architecture for new systems and refactor existing ones - Ensure code quality and technical state of the project - Collaborate with producers, game designers, and other departments - Participate in product development planning and timeline estimation

### Requirements - Confident experience in Roblox development for 4-5 years - Team management experience (5 or more people) for at least 2 years - Excellent knowledge of Luau and understanding of Roblox's internal structure - Experience designing game systems from scratch, not just supporting existing code - Understanding of client-server interaction and ability to build scalable architecture - Experience with DataStore, MemoryStore, MessagingService, and other key Roblox services - Ability to make technical decisions and defend them - Experience conducting code reviews and establishing development standards within the team - Skill in task decomposition and monitoring their execution - Understanding of performance, network optimization, and security issues in game mechanics ### Nice to Have - Experience working on projects with a large audience - Participation in launching and developing live games - Understanding of product metrics, monetization, and player retention - Experience in hiring and developing developers
