Requirements
PHP / Laravel / WordPress Development
- Development from scratch on pure PHP, Laravel applications (CRM, API services)
- Custom WordPress themes and plugins
- Performance optimization, resilience to high loads
Team Lead
- Managing a team of developers (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps)
- Planning, prioritizing tasks, 1:1, mentoring, technical documentation, cross-code review
Server Infrastructure / DevOps
- Setup and administration of servers (Linux, ISPmanager, Hestia)
- Configuring Cloudflare (cloaking, redirects, DDoS protection, HTTP headers)
- Automating website deployment, bash scripts
Affiliate & iGaming Expertise
- 4+ years in the niche: high-load affiliate sites, traffic protection, cloaking, SEO infrastructure
- Understanding of product specifics, processes, and industry requirements
