About this role
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our international technology company in the Web3 space, one of the largest mining pools globally.
Description
We are an international technology company in the Web3 sector and one of the largest mining pools in the world. We develop a crypto product ecosystem that integrates payment infrastructure, custodial solutions, mining, and corporate services for businesses.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (NDAs, service agreements, partnership contracts, licensing agreements, etc.);
- Support corporate processes in various jurisdictions (EU, UAE, USA, CIS);
- Participate in the legal support of Web3 and FinTech products, including digital assets and crypto infrastructure;
- Support compliance projects, licensing, and interaction with regulators;
- Coordinate the work of external legal consultants and manage internal legal processes.
Requirements
- Higher legal education;
- 2-4 years of experience in-house or in a law firm;
- Proficiency in English and Russian;
- Good knowledge of contract and corporate law;
- Ability to organize work independently, prioritize, and work in an international team.
