An international technology company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and develop sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from briefing to offer and onboarding
- Interact with hiring managers and form search strategies
- Search for candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Engage in headhunting for complex positions
- Develop talent pipeline
- Track metrics and prepare analytics
- Participate in employer branding, career fairs, and HR projects
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Strong sourcing and assessment skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Fluent English for interaction with the head office
- Experience in an international or fast-growing company is a plus
- Ability to build effective sourcing strategies and be a full partner for the business
