- Collaborate with hiring managers and engineering teams on hiring strategy
- Source and attract candidates for technical positions in various countries
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' technical backgrounds
- Build a strong talent pool for complex and rare vacancies
- Analyze the market, improve hiring processes, and support the employer brand
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Tech/IT
- Experience in closing engineering and technical vacancies of various levels
- Understanding of roles in development, technologies, and modern tech stacks
- Experience in direct sourcing and headhunting candidates
- Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and experience in international hiring
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, proactive approach
