Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for IT specialists.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess soft skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: gather requirements, align profiles, and obtain structured feedback.
- Coordinate all stages of the hiring process and support candidates until contract signing.
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS TeamTailor.
- Participate in HR projects, including process automation and employer branding.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a product or technology company.
- Proven experience in sourcing IT specialists.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Systematic and attentive approach to managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
