Join BUZZ as an HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across European markets and enhance HR processes in a dynamic startup environment.
Description
BUZZ is a rapidly growing European power bank rental network with over 700 locations and expansion into European markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle across European markets
- Independently source and attract candidates
- Primarily fill vacancies in commerce, sales, operations, and field roles
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the hiring process
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes
- Create and improve HR processes, workflows, and documentation
- Work on Employer Branding and Talent Attraction with BUZZ management
Requirements
- Practical experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Experience hiring in European markets
- Strong sourcing and direct outreach skills
- Professional English proficiency
- Interest or experience in HR Generalist / People Operations
- Independence and ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
- Willingness to create and improve processes rather than just follow existing rules
