Join Infobip as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions, develop candidate attraction strategies, and enhance the candidate experience in a hybrid work environment.
Description
Infobip is an international technology company with 75+ offices across six continents, developing a global cloud communications platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions of various levels
- Develop candidate sourcing and attraction strategies
- Conduct intake meetings, candidate sourcing and screening, interviews, and participate in offer negotiations
- Work with hiring managers and People Operations Business Partners, advising on requirements and hiring strategies
- Participate in global Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and build relationships with candidates
- Analyze the market, salary benchmarks, and recruitment metrics, as well as support employer branding
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in IT or an international company
- Experience with high-complexity technical and non-technical positions
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proficient in ATS, knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels
- High level of English and a degree in HR, economics, psychology, business, or a related field
