- Coordinate interview schedules.
- Conduct on-site interviews.
- Coordinate pre-hire activities.
- Lead the recruitments in Colombia.
- Manage full life cycle of the massive recruitment process for Game Presenters roles.
- Identify and engage with the best talent on the market.
- Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs.
- Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes.
- Take part in active massive sourcing.
- Set up and maintain recruitment systems.
- Coordinate and ensure the completion of all required documentation throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and new hire documentation in accordance with internal processes and requirements.
- 2 years of proven hands-on experience in massive recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- Previous experience in high-volume recruiting.
- Experience with Talent acquisition KPI's.
- Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels in Colombia.
