Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, ensuring quality hiring and process efficiency.
- Build and maintain a candidate pool through active search and networking in the international market.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to determine business needs and provide candidate market insights.
- Ensure a professional and comfortable candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and perform operational tasks within the hiring process.
- Participate in improving recruitment processes and developing employer branding.
- Primarily work with non-technical vacancies in Marketing, Customer Support, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other areas.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
- Experience in international recruitment.
- Experience in executive search.
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
