About this role
Join TradingView as an HR Business Partner in Tbilisi, Georgia. Engage with leaders on HR matters, support performance reviews, and enhance employee retention in a hybrid work environment.
Description
TradingView is an international financial analytics platform with over 100 million users in 180+ countries.
Responsibilities
- Consult with leaders on HR matters and build partnerships with the business
- Participate in organizational planning, team formation, and workforce planning
- Support performance reviews, working with strong and weak employee results
- Engage in the development and retention of key employees, calibrations, and succession planning
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conduct meetings on the 10th, 45th, and 90th days
- Help resolve conflicts, conduct exit interviews, and analyze reasons for turnover
- Analyze HR metrics and support employees and leaders during changes and transformations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of HR experience, including 1 year in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role
- Knowledge of key HR processes: performance reviews, onboarding, exit interviews, compensation, and employee development
- Experience interacting with leaders and the ability to act as a partner and consultant for the business
- Skills in conducting meetings, mediation, and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with HR data
- Understanding of business processes and company structure, experience with teams of around 100 employees
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
