Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Launch and scale campaigns on Facebook/Instagram — structure, audiences, budgets, bids
- Create creatives: static, video, UGC format
- Write texts and hooks, refine them based on data
- Use AI to streamline design processes
- Monitor metrics and understand the impact of different levers
Requirements
Your Skills
- Real hands-on experience with Facebook Ads — not through an agency or as a coordinator
- Ability to create creatives and texts independently
- Familiarity with AI in daily tasks; amateur level is fine, curiosity is key
- Good English for writing texts and following trends
- Experience with mobile apps and subscriptions is a huge plus
