— 1–2 years of practical experience in In-App media buying in iGaming;
— Experience with Moloco, Mintegral, Unity Ads, and other In-App networks;
— Proficient in AppsFlyer / Adjust and other MMPs;
— Understanding of In-App purchasing and key metrics;
— Experience managing large budgets;
— Proven cases with positive economics;
— Ability to work with creative hypotheses and analyze traffic quality;
— Expertise in LATAM / Tier-3 will be a big plus.
— Unlimited budgets for working connections;
— Large caps, strong offers, and high rates if you can deliver quality;
— Strong technical and operational support;
