Description
Family Team is a marketing agency that not only generates leads but creates traffic that opens new horizons for partners in Performance Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Effective work with Facebook Ads: launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns;
- Generating combinations: independently searching for and testing new profitable combinations, including creatives, offers, and target audiences;
- Working with creatives: setting tasks for the design department, quality control, and testing various approaches;
- Testing offers and products: analyzing effectiveness and selecting the most promising proposals;
- Implementing and controlling analytics: setting up and monitoring key metrics, analyzing data, and making decisions based on analytics.
Requirements
- Experience in launching and scaling combinations for at least 2 years;
- Experience with the Facebook Ads manager;
- Understanding the specifics of working with TIER-1 countries;
- Experience managing budgets of $3000 daily;
- Cases with successful launches (statistics required for the last 2-3 months);
- Knowledge and experience working with postbacks and trackers;
- Ability to conduct split tests, analyze funnels, and work with SPY services;
- Daily monitoring of traffic volume and quality;
- Ability to work in a team and be part of it.
