M1NT is looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in web testing. The role is remote with a salary range of 100,000 to 120,000 ₽ per month.
Responsibilities

- Analyze requirements and plan testing of new features independently.
- Identify potential issues and risks before development begins.
- Test web applications (frontend, backend, mobile web).
- Develop functional, negative, boundary, and exploratory test scenarios.
- Create and maintain test documentation (checklists, test cases).
- Localize, document, and track defects until resolved.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team members at all stages of development.
- Participate in improving testing processes and product quality.
- Analyze defect causes and suggest prevention methods.
Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
- Strong experience in manual testing of web applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements and define testing strategy independently.
- Developed logical thinking and ability to find non-obvious product usage scenarios.
- Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for the quality of implemented functionality.
- Understanding of client-server architecture and HTTP principles.
- Experience testing REST APIs (Postman, Swagger, or similar tools).
- Proficient with DevTools.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Jira or similar task management systems.
- Experience in developing and maintaining test documentation.
- Ability to write clear bug reports and justify defect priorities.
- Experience with Figma.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of QA at each stage.
