- Conduct manual testing of UI, API, integrations, and backend-driven workflows.
- Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria, identifying risks with PO, PM, and developers.
- Maintain test documentation in Zephyr: test cases, checklists, test plans, and test cycles.
- Verify data integrity and system behavior using database queries.
- 3+ years of manual QA experience for Web/SaaS products.
- Strong test design skills: exploratory, risk-based, negative scenarios, and regression testing.
- Practical experience in data verification using PostgreSQL and understanding of basic database concepts.
- Knowledge of HTTP, DevTools, basic HTML/CSS, and English at Intermediate+ level.
