- Develop and maintain internal compliance policies and frameworks.
- Monitor and implement regulatory changes.
- Oversee KYC/KYB checks for onboarding.
- Liaise with regulators or external auditors.
- Conduct broker licensing and regulatory due diligence.
- Lead risk assessments and maintain the risk register.
- 5–7 years' experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like GDPR, AML, MiCA.
- Experience in broker oversight and regulatory monitoring.
- Familiarity with financial and crypto services regulators.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Professional certifications preferred.
