- Respond to customer and partner inquiries in chats and by phone
- Assist with any service-related issues, from ticket purchases to cancellations
- Find solutions even in complex and non-standard situations
- Collaborate with colleagues from other teams: curators, mentors, moderators, and others
Requirements
Requirements
- Proficient in Russian, experience in a call center is a plus
- Proficient in English for written consultations or phone conversations
- Ability to memorize large volumes of information, quickly grasp the essence of issues, and ask questions
- Capable of maintaining a conversation and adapting to the mood of the interlocutor
