Responsibilities
- Own the oversight and management of operational functions within CB Bermuda and outsourced to intragroup or third-party entities.
- Build and maintain supervision frameworks across critical business areas of Coinbase Bermuda.
- Lead the establishment of operational resilience frameworks.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to project-manage critical operations and risk initiatives.
- Support first line of defense operations across key areas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial services with demonstrated oversight of operations strategy.
- Proven experience within a regulated financial institution or investment business.
- Track record of developing and improving operational processes.
- Familiarity with operational resilience frameworks and incident management.
- Prior experience navigating a BMA-regulated industry.
