- Manage the operational relationship and performance of external providers (BPO), ensuring compliance with SLAs and business objectives.
- Monitor productivity, quality, conversion, and customer experience indicators, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate launches of new processes, campaigns, products, and operational changes.
- Follow up on operational risks and execute corrective action plans to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with internal teams in Operations, Product, Quality, Training, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to implement improvements and resolve incidents.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare performance reports and present results, findings, and action plans to different stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Intermediate English (desirable).
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- KPI analysis and reporting.

- Knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization and analysis tools (desirable).
