- Understanding of payment infrastructure and financial flows.
- Experience in crypto / fintech / iGaming / media buying / high-risk areas is a plus.
- Ability to communicate independently with financial partners.
- English is mandatory (main working language).
- Experience in digital banks, EMI, or international payment services is a plus.
- Understanding of compliance and risk management processes.
- Experience in building or supporting payment solutions.
