- Seek out solutions with an AI first mindset; you’ll already be using AI tools in your work and experimenting to deliver the best outcomes.
Our ideal candidate has:
- First-hand experience using AI tools, e.g. Claude, to build or enhance processes. Prompting, workflow integration, and agentic task design are things you do, not things you have heard about.
- A demonstrated track record of building within technology systems, not just using them. You can show us automations you have shipped, integrations you have owned, and self-serve systems you have delivered.
- Experience connecting tools via native integrations, middleware (e.g. Zapier, Make, or similar), or API configuration.
- An eye for the employee experience: you build technology that feels human, reduces friction, and creates trust.
- Strong communication skills. You can explain what you have built and why to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
