About this role
Join Guli Games as a Playable Ads Developer to create interactive ads using Cocos Creator and TypeScript. Work remotely with a competitive salary and a strong engineering team.

Guli Games is a game development company focused on creating engaging and innovative gaming experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop interactive advertising creatives (Playable Ads) using Cocos Creator / PixiJS / HTML / TypeScript;
- Adapt core gameplay of the main game for short gaming sessions (30–45 seconds) focusing on engagement and conversion;
- Actively use AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude) to speed up development, generate boilerplate, refactor logic, and write shaders;
- Optimize playable builds for ad network requirements (AppLovin, IronSource, Mintegral, TikTok), including working with single HTML/in-page formats and size limitations (2–5 MB);
- Test and debug creatives in mobile WebView on iOS/Android;
- Profile performance, optimize Draw Calls, asset loading, and runtime performance;
- Ensure stable operation of playable creatives on various devices and ad platforms.
Requirements
- Proficient in Cocos Creator (3.x) / Three.js / BabylonJS / TypeScript;
- Understanding of game engine architecture and WebGL frameworks: Scene Graph, Components, object lifecycle;
- Good knowledge of TypeScript and practical experience in development;
- Understanding of rendering principles in the browser and WebGL operation;
- Basic skills in working with GLSL shaders: writing, adapting, or generating using AI tools;
- Experience in optimizing graphics and performance of web/playable projects;
- Understanding of mobile WebView features and limitations of advertising SDKs/Ad Networks is a plus.
