- Technical support for projects: act as the main center of expertise, conduct technical demonstrations, defend solution architecture, and successfully complete pilot implementations.
- Work with the community and partners: participate in conferences and webinars; train partners on product nuances; collect and structure feedback for the product team.
- Expertise and development: continuously deepen knowledge in the subject area – infrastructure solutions based on SDS and virtualization platforms; participate in forming the product's competitive advantages.

Requirements
- Expertise in storage systems and infrastructure: deep practical experience with data storage systems and understanding of architectural principles for building resilient IT infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills, results-oriented: developed negotiation skills, ability to explain complex architectural concepts simply to both engineers and C-level executives. Experience in handling objections and confidently leading technical initiatives to successful contracting and commercial implementation.
- Experience with Linux and virtualization: confident skills in administering Linux systems (proficient in console work), technical background in domestic virtualization platforms.
- Professional background: experience as a pre-sales engineer, IT architect, product manager, or systems engineer.
