- 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a creative or digital agency, with a strong portfolio of high-profile work.
- Experience working within web3, blockchain, fintech, AI or emerging tech companies.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects as a hands-on contributor.
- Experience creating broadcast-quality advertisements using AI-driven design tools and traditional methods.
- Strong command of branding, digital design, UX/UI, motion, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with design systems and scalable visual frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative rationale to stakeholders and clients.
- Strong organization and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus familiarity with WebGL, GSAP, or Three.js.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
