About this role
We are looking for a Product Engineer with a strong background in full-stack development and AI tools to design and build fintech products autonomously.
Description
We develop modern products in the fintech sector and are looking for an autonomous engineer with a product mindset (Product Builder) who can create complete web services from concept to release.
Responsibilities
- Independently design and build complex product features, custom CRM modules, and internal HR services;
- Use an AI-first approach (Cursor, Claude Code, v0) to accelerate development and release MVPs;
- Plan user flows, database architecture, API integrations, and user interfaces;
- Collaborate closely with the product team, quickly validate hypotheses, and close tasks 'turnkey'.
Requirements
- Strong background in full-stack development (TypeScript, React / Next.js, Node.js);
- Experience using modern AI development tools on a daily basis;
- Product mindset (Founder / Builder mindset) — focus on value for the user and business, not just on code;
- Ability to work autonomously, deeply understand business tasks, and propose optimal technical solutions.
