WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Anticipate opportunities for innovation and value in reusable, composable AI capabilities.
- Envision and deliver a long-term vision for Skills, collaboration, artifact generation, and Projects.
- Understand the levers for capability discovery, adoption, reuse, sharing, and ecosystem growth.
- Work closely with engineering and design to align product expectations with model, tool, and platform capabilities.
- Work with research to evaluate and steer nondeterministic models, tools, and agents into high-value outcomes for users.
- Have conviction to make difficult product decisions in the face of uncertainty.
- Develop a deep understanding of how individuals and teams create, customize, collaborate, and build repeatable workflows with AI.
- Make complex AI behavior understandable and controllable through clear interaction models, thoughtful defaults, permissions, and well-designed feedback.
- Drive alignment when capabilities span Computer, Search, Projects, artifacts, connectors, or multiple teams.
- Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and learnings clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience with product management and leadership.
- Strong experience working with data and metrics.
- Experience building AI-native productivity, collaboration, platform, or developer-facing products.
- Experience with agentic systems, tool use, evaluations, extensibility, or workflow orchestration.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and designing systems that produce high-quality artifacts.
- Experience building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement.
- Thrives in a small, agile team: has initiative and desire for ownership.
- 4+ years of product management experience.
