We are developing an automated crypto exchange that successfully operates in the international market, processing over 5,000 transactions monthly. Our goal is to make the exchange process as fast, convenient, and secure as possible through automation.
Responsibilities
- Study the market and regularly analyze competitors to find truly useful ideas to implement in the product;
- Formulate new tasks and hypotheses for service development;
- Turn ideas into clear and structured technical assignments;
- Prioritize tasks, distribute them among team members, and control deadlines;
- Monitor the quality of implementation and be responsible for product development.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager is a plus but not mandatory. If you learn quickly, are proactive, and ready to take responsibility, we encourage you to apply;
- Ability to independently structure ideas and turn them into clear technical assignments;
- Inclination towards process automation and a desire to constantly seek more efficient solutions;
- Willingness to fully immerse in the project — this is a full-time position;
- Proactivity, initiative, desire to grow and propose new ideas;
- Responsibility, communication skills, organization, and ability to see tasks through to completion.
