- Own day-to-day product execution for Crypto Core.
- Act as the primary link between engineering, operations, and compliance.
- Manage and evolve operational relationships with custody and rail providers.
- Coordinate cross-squad dependencies.
- Identify reliability gaps and operational risks.
- Contribute to quarterly planning.
- 4–6 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or technical infrastructure.
- Technically fluent with async systems, APIs, and external integrations.
- Financially aware of systems with real financial consequences.
- Proficient in writing specs and driving implementation.
