About the Role

Flashbots is an R&D organization building the foundations of the future Internet and financial system. We focus on MEV through open research and breakthrough product development including mev-geth, Flashbots Protect, MEV-Boost, MEV-Share, Flashblocks, and BuilderNet. We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering (any discipline)
• Two years of experience in blockchain-related Product Management
• One year of experience in at least one of the following:

• Allowed to telecommute 100% anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation

• Salary: $210,000 - $215,000 USD per year
• Significantly above market rate equity compensation package
