APERCON is looking for a Product Manager to support the development and optimization of an iGaming product. The role focuses on bonus mechanics, end-to-end product testing, deposit conversion optimization, and collaboration with development teams.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Configure tournaments, bonus programs, and deposit mechanics.
- Coordinate E2E testing and monitor cashier functionality, payment flows, and affiliate tracking.
- Analyze product metrics, conversion rates, and player retention.
- Prepare clear technical specifications for Frontend, Backend, and CRM teams.
- Launch new features and improve existing product functionality.
Requirements
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in iGaming as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Game Manager, or Senior QA / Analyst.
- Understanding of casino mechanics: RTP, House Edge, slot volatility, and wagering requirements.
- Knowledge of CIS market specifics, PWA, Telegram WebView, and payment integrations.
- Experience writing technical specifications and working with Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
- Basic understanding of REST API, WebSocket, and product analytics.
