Responsibilities
- Own specific parts of the stock trading experience end-to-end from the first customer insight to a shipped feature customers use.
- Dig into customer behavior, support tickets, market research, and your own trading instincts to find the highest-leverage problems to solve next.
- Write clear specs, make the tradeoffs explicit, and drive features from idea to launch alongside Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing.
- Sweat the details including onboarding flows, order execution, statements, and edge cases. For a product this new, the details are the product.
- Ship fast, measure, and iterate.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of product management experience, ideally at a high-growth tech company or fintech.
- AI pilled - you leverage Claude and other AI tools in your day to day.
- A genuine interest in stock trading and investing. You don't need to have been a professional trader, but you should be someone who actually trades or follows markets.
- A bias toward action: you'd rather ship something small and learn than wait for the perfect plan.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills. You can turn a messy problem into a clear spec or a tight Slack update.
