Responsibilities
- Formulating product strategy and vision
- Improving product business model, licensing policy, sales approaches
- Managing the product RoadMap, P&L, and backlog
- Formulating and testing development hypotheses, analyzing results, and incorporating them into product strategy
- Finding, attracting, and establishing contacts with potential clients and partners (with the involvement of sales, marketing, and partner management teams)
- Actively participating in sales (presentations, product consultations, conducting pilots)
- Actively promoting the product, participating in conferences, exhibitions, and webinars
- Managing the product team
- Organizing implementation, support, and maintenance of the product
Requirements
- Experience in successfully launching and commercializing B2E/B2G products as a Product Owner/Product Manager in the Russian market
- Entrepreneurial qualities, business orientation
- Experience in data center management, virtualization, infrastructure
- Skills in conducting market research, niche analysis, competitor analysis, organizing and conducting customer development, surveys of potential users and clients
- Ability to find, systematize, and analyze information
- Proficient in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, friendliness, positive attitude
