Product Manager/Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Formulating product strategy and vision
• Improving product business model, licensing policy, sales approaches
• Managing the product RoadMap, P&L, and backlog
• Formulating and testing development hypotheses, analyzing results, and incorporating them into product strategy
• Finding, attracting, and establishing contacts with potential clients and partners (with the involvement of sales, marketing, and partner management teams)
• Actively participating in sales (presentations, product consultations, conducting pilots)
• Actively promoting the product, participating in conferences, exhibitions, and webinars
• Managing the product team
• Organizing implementation, support, and maintenance of the product

Requirements

• Experience in successfully launching and commercializing B2E/B2G products as a Product Owner/Product Manager in the Russian market
• Entrepreneurial qualities, business orientation
• Experience in data center management, virtualization, infrastructure
• Skills in conducting market research, niche analysis, competitor analysis, organizing and conducting customer development, surveys of potential users and clients
• Ability to find, systematize, and analyze information
• Proficient in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, friendliness, positive attitude
