Project Manager

Your Mission:

Implement projects that help companies improve corporate culture and employer branding.

What You Will Do:

• Independently implement Employer Branding projects from start to finish:

- Develop the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) - Conduct employer brand research (collaborating with sociologists and analysts) - Execute marketing projects for internal and external audiences to promote the employer brand - Develop communication strategies - Successfully manage cross-functional team work on projects

• Build effective team relationships within the project:

- Structure team work, maintain project logs, create timelines, set tasks, and collaborate based on the value that Changellenge is a team sport - Lead the project team and optimize the project based on internal metrics: Fixed Time, Fixed NPS, and Fixed Price

• Establish strategic partnerships with clients:

- This direction is quite complex, requiring a lot of empathy and involvement from your side, so that clients not only want to work with us but also continuously return with new exciting projects - Focus on quality communication with clients to ensure that working with Changellenge is as comfortable and effective as possible.

We Expect You To:

Mandatory:

• Know how to work with clients on creative service projects for at least 1 year;
• Have experience in research projects and can draw conclusions from analytical presentations;
• Have managed 3+ projects simultaneously.

Desirable:

• Possess an Upper-Intermediate level of English to seamlessly integrate into our international expansion;


• Have previously led projects in Employer Branding;


• Have developed or worked with communication strategies and understand the specifics.
