About this role
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee Web3/DeFi projects, coordinate teams, and optimize processes within our product ecosystem.
Description
We are a product IT company in the Web3 space. We are developing an ecosystem of products: DEX, educational platform, mempad, marketplace, and new solutions in development.
Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle Web3 projects
- Coordinating teams: development, marketing, design
- Decomposing tasks and setting specifications
- Monitoring deadlines, quality, and task completion
- Managing priorities and team workload
- Identifying and eliminating blockers
- Maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders
- Managing project documentation (Asana, Notion, etc.)
- Optimizing development processes
- Preparing project reports
Requirements
- 3+ years of Project Manager experience in Web3/DeFi
- Experience launching MVPs and bringing products to market
- Understanding of DeFi, smart contracts, NFTs, tokenomics
- Skills in task setting for technical teams
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Experience in startups
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and results orientation
