- Support the creation and delivery of the Sportsbook proposition and promotional calendar.
- Manage the execution of promotional campaigns, including mechanics, customer offers, and stakeholder coordination.
- Analyse campaign performance, customer engagement, promotional spend, and ROI to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Content, Operations and Compliance teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and promotional strategies to help shape future initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience planning, launching, and evaluating customer-facing promotional campaigns.
- Experience working across multiple projects and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customer retention, promotions, loyalty, or customer engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical experience, including reporting on campaign performance and identifying actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using data to support commercial decision-making.
- A strong interest in sports and an understanding of what engages sports betting audiences.
