Promotions and Web QA Analyst

You will...

• Validate in the front end that what a customer sees, and what a customer receives, matches exactly what was requested.


• Pick up tickets at the front-end validation stage of the Technical Delivery and Portal workflows and confirm the promotion behaves as intended.


• Find, reproduce, and clearly report the failures and defects found during testing.


• Support end-to-end quality validation for assigned licensee sites, including promotion pages, links, buttons/CTAs, redirects, content, layout, responsiveness and cross-browser behavior.


• Support new licensees through the UAT phase of new projects, joining live group sessions to guide them, advise them, and suggest what to verify and how.


• Contribute to developing, documenting and improving front-end QA processes across the department, working together with Portal Operations, Technical Delivery and other relevant stakeholders.


• Learn the backend systems behind the work you validate, to the point where you understand how a promotion or a page is actually built.


• Plan, prioritise and coordinate your testing activities with multiple teams across the company.


• Communicate regularly with other teams in and outside the company.

You...

• Have hands-on experience testing or validating customer-facing digital products, whether in QA, in UAT, or in an operational role where you were the last check before something reached the end user.


• Have a good understanding of manual functional and exploratory testing, including designing checks, reproducing issues and reporting defects clearly and precisely.


• Have knowledge or experience in web and mobile testing.


• Have previous experience working with tools such as JIRA and/or Monday.com.


• Are proactive and comfortable working in an evolving environment.


• Are curious about how things work underneath.


• Have excellent attention to detail and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
